Almost certainly. BigRingVR runs on Windows and Mac, natively on Apple Silicon, and the video is hardware-accelerated — so most machines from the last three or four years play 1080p comfortably and reasonably modern ones handle 4K. If you would rather not guess, the app measures your connection and your graphics the first time you open it and picks the right setting for you.
Then download the ride instead of streaming it. 3 Mbps is enough to stream and more gets you higher quality — but you are never stuck with what your connection allows: choose the quality you want, download the ride once, and play it back with no connection involved at all.
